Whether you’re looking to drop a few pounds or gain lean muscle, daily protein intake is essential for success.   One creative way of getting your required daily protein is by being creative and using your favorite protein powder to create everyone’s favorite breakfast meal… Pancakes.


 Simply mix one scoop of protein powder with 2 or 3 egg whites and a small amount of sweetener such as Stevia into your PerfectShaker.  Shake for approximately 40-60 seconds as the Action-Rod breaks down and blends.  Flip open the cap and simply pour it onto a hot pan and cook it like you would a regular pancake. If you’re feeling even more creative you can try adding things such as oatmeal, almond milk and peanut butter for an added power to your pancakes.
